The trees have slept all winter and now their branches are beginning to sprout sweet flowers and tiny green leaves. To celebrate the coming of Spring, I created an Etsy Treasury titled Spring Branches to showcase accessories for those who hail the coming of the season. The artist who inspired this Treasury is Mai McKemy, of Woodland Belle whose Tiny Twig Hair Pins are beautiful, clever and cute! The trees are finally blooming here in Hippyland, Oregon ~ especially the pink flowering Dogwood (Cornus florida 'rubra' ) "America's favorite flowering Tree" according to the Arbor Day Foundation.
